We saw a solid performamce from Warrington on sat night, he got a 10th rd stoppage against a good kid in Ceylan.
I thought it was a good performance from Josh and whilst i do admit that im a fan of his and im also from the same area, im not deluded or a fanboy(i dont think hes better than he actually is).
Ceylans style isnt that much different to selbys (keeps it long behind 1-2-3s then moves off. Rinse &repeat).
Josh is now mand for lee selby.
How do you all see Josh doing when he gets in with Selby.
You have to admit thr tactics on sat night were spot on. Keep ceylan busy, when in range go to work with plenty of shots. Eventualy joshs fitness and work rate will bully ceylan and thats exactly whst it did.
I would expect similar tactics against Lee.
Selby likes to work at his pace and i dont think hed like an increase in workrate. Josh is faster and can get off before lee, hr also has a great defence to counter from and doesnt always come in straight lines.
Lee is inactive in his 30s and killing himself for the weight.

I honestly think josh warrington can outwork lee selby and stop him.
    Whats others thoughts.....no haters plz

Frampton is still no 1 until further notice.
Selby and Warrington are still unproven for me.
Very evenly matched. A distance fight IMO.

Warrington is proving himself each fight. He was never a prospect and no one thought hed win the english when he was the away fighter vs chris male. The next belt was c/wealth where he was the away fighter again and the underdog.
He was then picked up by hearn snd the matchmaking has been for his benefit since then. Hes been matched sensibly by both hearn and wazza and now hes ready for a shot.
I totaly agree that frampton is no1 but Josh is a work in progress.
I honestly believe he beats selby, who i dont rate as much as others seem to do. I have always rated frampton though.
When josh beats selby, the frampton fight would be next i expect

Warrington won't stop selby, one of selbys best assists is his chin.

Do wish all of them would just start fighting each other now, selby, Warrington, Frampton and Quigg.

Selby's got a good chin but he got dropped by that American boy Hunter remember.

I think Selby beats Warrington and I have a feeling this will be Frank's first PPV in early 2018.

Warrington certainly has improved loads. But Selby is a level above anyone he has faced.

Think he will be too tough and clever

    Selby by decision for me

Selby beats Warrington in my opinion, Warringtons lack of power will cost him at world level.

Selby stops him. Selby one of the most underrated out there for me.

I think Its a very close fight. Selby been very inactive 3 fights in 2 years why josh been out regularly and stepping up getting valuable rounds. Selby tends to switch off which cud b his down fall as i expect josh to set a fast pace and maintain it.

Warrington looked good last time out, his discipline and movement are impressive. That being said I think due to his recent spell of inactivity and poor opposition people are forgetting how good Selby is and he beats Warrington comfortably.

Selby beats him easily maybe even stops him late when he knows Warrington can't hurt him or catch him up on the cards

I see a lot of posters refer to joshs power with statements like he hasnt got the power to keep selby off, hes featherfisted etc.
The fact is that in 11 championship 12rdrs that hes done hes had 6 stoppages. Thats over 50% stopage rate. Hes got enough power to stop selby having his own way imo
