Lemieux is so crude. Saunders should beat him easily..

For the first half. Lemieux of course has devastating power, but most likely he won't find the mark. If you're a Saunders fan just worry about the last 6. Most likely Saunders will box Lemiuex's head off for 6 and then fade in the second half while Lemieux comes on strong. 8-4 Saunders.

Didn't he beat Monroe pretty easily? I'll be honest I couldn't be bothered watching that fight. This assessment was based off Eubank Jr and Andy Lee. 2 top guys, not 2 guys he couldn't get up for.

I don't think he'll have an easy time with Lemieux for the whole fight just the first half. The guy fades.

It's quite possible Lemieux stops Saunders late.

Lee and Jr would obliterate Lemieux. This is abother day at the office for Saunders. Lemieux has failed everytime he's stepped up.

Pure boxer vs one punch slugger. Saunders will pick him apart

IMO Saunders is the most overrated fighter on this board at the moment.

Styles make fights. Lemieux should be the underdog but he's a live dog with a devastating bite. I agree Saunders will have the edge in boxing prowess but he's gonna have to stay on point to avoid that power. Anything can happen so for me it's a hard fight to determine the outcome. I am leaning towards Lemieux inside the distance in a fight where he's down on the cards.

Saunders almost got beat by a nobody 2 fights ago. Lemieux has a very good shot here.

hes very hard to hit cleanly and consistently, so he can off rounds where his offence isnt great and still pick up rounds, extremely good defence, tough chin, when he gets going his jab is very fast and snappy, and his right hook is dangerous, one of the most underated boxers i think.

Yeah, pretty much agree with OP. He SHOULD be able to outbox Lemieux for the whole fight. He didn't really have to work against Monroe, whereas he will against Lemieux. Although I think Lemieux himself has problems with the weight himself. Saunders points but I if he does tired he could well get iced here.

I dont see anything special in Sanders. He's a good boxer. Respectable pop. Good chin and defense. Decent IQ. But he wins. I do see something special in Lemmy. His power. But not sure that will be enough. If Sanders can maintain a good boxing prowess, he should win 8-4/7-5.
