If he gets hit with the shots that badly hurt Holmes, Frank is done. He had little to no recuperative powers. His defense wasn't very good, so if prime Holmes could get hit with those shots, it is highly likely Frank would get caught at some point. In a prime for prime matchup, it's actually possible he could beat both those guys. If he makes it through the early rounds he could possibly hurt and stop Shavers. It's possible he could win a decision over the awkward snipes. If I had to bet, though, I would say the Shavers and Snipes who greatly troubled prime Holmes, would beat Frank Bruno.
