Helenius has been damaged goods for over half a decade. He's just not been the same since the injuries. Getting knocked out by Duhaupas is not a good look at all but IIRC he also struggled badly against some novice in an exhibition fight and many felt his opponent got the better of that one.
Why is the idea of a big, rangy puncher landing on Whyte's chin seen as some kind of impossibility? Guys not that hard to hit. Heavyweights are like that, size and power can take you a long way.
As expected they both lost in the heavyweight stock department. Helenius proved to be a total no hoper that came for a pay day and no intention to win Whyte was just a plodder that couldn't even budge Helenius and was too crude and technically deficient to pierce his defence. Whyte looked worse than Parker did vs Cojanu x10
I never rated Whyte as much of a puncher but still expected him to stop Helenius. He didn't hurt Helenius once, and Helenius isn't exactly durable. Overall a rather disappointing fight.
