Povetkin and Ortiz are still in, Tyson Fury out until he cuts his weight down to at least 300 lbs.

Also, where do you rate Takam after tonight?

    C) Vacant
    1) Joshua
    2) Povetkin
    3) Ortiz
    4) Wilder
    5) Parker
    6) Pulev
    7) Takam
    8) Miller
    9) Ruiz
    10) Breazeale

Everybody should have the same names at 1-7 (give or take a position or two), 8-10 is pretty hard. Not many B tier guys are fighting each other so assessing H2H and comparing resumes gets a little subjective. Miller is a shoo-in if he beats Wach, Ruiz was arguably more competitive against Parker than Takam was and Breazeale has Thomas, Mansour, Kassi and Ugonoh all on his CV. So I chose those three to round it out.

Pulev and Takam could definitely be switched, their positions could definitely change.
I was thinking of including Ruiz but he's somewhat inactive and I'm not sure if he's planning on staying at heavyweight for long.

Something like this, I personally would have Miller over Breazeale on eye test and 2-5 could really be in any order IMHO.

Ruiz's inactivity did linger in my mind but I thought about who else I could put there and concluded that I am 90% confident that he would light the likes of Whyte and Browne up.

Is there talk of him doing a Perez and going to CW? That would be fantastic news; best division in the sport getting deeper and deeper :)

Cruiser is such a good division. I think Ruiz after all that weight loss would be competitive there.

Forgot about Browne. Him and the likes of Breazeale, Whyte and Miller are all on the same level and can be switched around easily.

I'd have Whyte as number 8, Miller at 7, breazelke at 9, and Takam at 10.

Interesting that Joshua is a 'fraud' yet he's KO'd 3 of the opponents who have made the majority of these top 10 lists (Whyte, Breazeale and Takam) and KO'd a future Hall of Famer (Wlad) who beat another 2 of these top 10 (Povetkin and Pulev).

Whilst Parker has fought just 1 in a very even fight (Takam).

    And Wilder has fought 0.
