Does Takam have to face Pulev as a mandatory now? Or will he seek to revenge Parker following his win over Joshua.

What...what do you mean he lost? But, going on the forum it sounds like Takam dominated and won? Odd.

But he at least won most of the rounds or at least some rounds? He only won 1 round barely? Odd again.

But surely he looked fine and was on the up? Huh? You mean he was cut to shreds and on his last legs?

Oooooooh I get it, the forum is being ironic or some sort of "opposite world" type funny comments? No? How very odd, it's almost as if people's anti Joshua bias has completely and utterly blinded them to what actually happened.

No, most people had a logical reaction, AJ looked like a limited plodder when a guy on 12 days notice had him second guessing and missing all night, and AJ was starting to gas, hadn't looked great in the previous 3 or 4 rounds, and Takam was starting to do better. Then the insanely biased ref who'd been looking for a reason to stop it from the opening bell, who practically begged the ringside doctors to stop it, eventually jumped in after 2 or 3 flush shots landed in spite of the fact that Takam was rolling with and slipping many of them. They think AJ was winning on points, but was fading, and anything can happen when there's 2 1/2 rounds left in a Heavyweight fight and one guy is gassing, and the other seemed to have a little more gas left in his tank.

smh.. TAKAM HAD BEEN IN CAMP TRAINING FOR JOSHUA AS A REPLACEMENT.. IT WASNT 12 DAYS NOTICE... HE KNEW HE WOULD FIGHT HIM IF PULEV HAD BEEN INJURED... its not like takam was sitting on the couch and got phonecall.. for once stop your bias towards fighters you don't like and list the FACTS instead of false things like 12 days notice.

WHY ARE YOU WRITING IN ALL CAPS? DO YOU THINK I HAVE POOR VISION OR SOMETHING?

I'm sure based on the vague chance that he might get called up as a replacement, he was really training like a mother****er right? I know I love investing every ounce of my effort and giving my all when I think there's a 1 or 2% chance of something happening.

So, tell me, why did a guy that got KO'd by Povetkin brutally, and that Parker with reckless abandon went to war with, who had a full training camp for both as well, have AJ looking one dimensional, plodding, robotic, have him second guessing and gunshy? You seemed to ignore all of the content of my post you ****ing spastic, I said AJ was clearly winning, after all, I gave Takam 1 round, I merely explained why people were criticizing AJ's performance, and most importantly the performance of the ref as to why there's a backlash with this fight.

Also, this supposed KO artist couldn't seem to legit drop (his glove touched) or KO the same guy that the aforementioned Povetkin stopped violently, you know damn well you'd be hyperventilating and be in full blown hysterics about how overrated Deontay's power is if Wilder couldn't stop Whyte or Breazeale as quickly as Joshua did.

ugh not gonna argue with you ... its just your always biased towards fighters you don't like and it gets old... yes takam won 1 round... yes Joshua was tiring. yes it was stopped prematurely.. but takam was training hard I mean he came in lighter then vss parker and povetkin so obiviously he was taking it serious incase he got the call...

Frampton won the vast majority of rounds against Santa Cruz in their first fight as well, but that doesn't tell whole story of the fight does it? Takam legit won 1 round, but was competitive in 3 or 4, and made AJ look very average, kind of like how Wlad made AJ look very average, and almost KO'd him, and probably would have if it weren't for Vitali's **** advice. My whole argument against AJ is that he's a limited fighter with a decent uppercut and is a basic one two artist, and the fight last night made that apparent to most viewers. He doesn't have some mythical next level skillset, he isn't a future all time great, he isn't the next big thing, he isn't the next Tyson, he's just a big basic lummox with decent power, kind of like a ever so slightly more skilled Deontay Wilder.

I rate Takam and it didn't shock me that he made AJ look bad, because he makes most Heavyweights look bad, but that's precisely my point, AJ is like most modern Heavyweights, good but nothing special. The hype took a dent last night, because most finally saw what I've been seeing all along, its okay, he's still good, but just not the messiah most seem to think he is.

I'd like to see Takam in with that beotch Pulev. He deserves an easy fight and a good win under his belt.

I'd say you've been a little more critical than saying "he's good, but just not the messiah most seem to think he is" in the past my friend.

Anyway I totally agree with your second paragraph.

What? I've been saying the same thing for years, he's overrated and average, most halfway skilled fighters CW and under look like virtuosos compared to him.:deal: He's less versatile than Taylor, Kelly, Cordina, Buatsi and Jpyce, an with the exception of Taylor, they haven't even been pro a year.

Takam should get a rematch because of the corrupt referee premature stoppage! Corruption!

He should fight Dillian Whyte. He’d destroy him.

I hope Takam get's a good fight next. He should get a rematch because of the very corrupt referee which makes everyone want to stop watching because of all the corruption! Just look at Tony Weeks in the Kovalev/SOB fight, three blows to the testicles, not following the rules of boxing!
