Thankfully the Brit Stoppage (BS) intervened.

Joshua aint going to HBO,Showtime have his next fight due to first refusal and then i expect them to offer him a fight deal.If they want to make Wilder who is Haymon/Showtime aligned they better stay with them.If he goes to HBO,the relationship between Matchroom and Showtime deteriorates. Also their is no need for HBo to waste money on him,he wont ever be a ppv fighter in the States and most of his fights will still be held in the UK or outside of the US,in a boring HW Division.Once Wilder v Joshua gets made as it is the only superfight,it will stagnate again no valid reason to invest in that division.

The actual scorecards were wider in favour of AJ after 9 rounds.
    90-80, 89-91, 89-91

They only bring out the PRE-FILLED FIXED ones in case of emergency.
They have plenty up their sleeves.

This time The British Stoppage saved the day.

Fixed??????? Come on now this was not America. It was a British stoppage but no money passed hands on this, the bias reffereeing is free of charge, they probably dont even know they are doing it.

Doesn't seem likely to me. Doesn't make sense to have ready made scorecards.

    Really weird though.

I encourage all of you who have twitter to tweet this at showtime. I feel like there hasn't been an answer. I have contacted boxing journalists before about fishy things and have gotten some responses, so we will see what happens. Going to be writing some of them tonight I think.

Haha great conspiracy. However, by this logic, it would also mean that the visual director/editor and graphics team that created the visuals for tv were also in on it.

strange as those scores are generous to Takam.

Maybe it was a test and someone ****ed up?

    very fishy though...

    Good find.

If anyone cares enough they could check each of their last fights that went 12 rounds and see what they had for scores, other than one caring enough to go through that nonsense, we'll have to keep drumming up conspiracies and listen to endless trolling.

Those scores were way the **** OFF. They had takam being somewhat competitive and winning round(S) which in itself is almost an impossibility. Takam wasn't close to winning a single round. I'm sure EH is going to put out some sort of damage control.

We ALL know takam wasn't going to have any chance on the cards, even if he was talented enough to win rounds, he wasn't going to get credit. I'm so done with that fight, I knew since the second it was a possibility that it was a total waste of time, for me the fan.

Of course, Aj still being a novice in experience, they want him to be fully seasoned before he steps in with wilder or any of the next generation of fighters building themselves for Aj specifically. And they're all huge like him. I don't see a wilder fight till 2018 the earliest. I also believe they're going to meet up more than once, unless one or both run into major career problems.

I highly doubt either are going to ever have any real career roadblocks outside the ring, and I don't think either Will run into an opponent that can threaten then until each other. If they were going to fix the cards they wouldn't do it that far in advance. One would think they would want to know what scores could pass as legit...

10/0 with a kd and a dead takam accepting defeat and waiting to be put down and stopped.. takam literally didn't fight back, hardly at all.... how come the excuses aren't piling up for the fighter being handled easier than almost everyone on here.

I was one of the few that called the fight exactly how it was... what about Aj slipping and giving his entire gameplan at the fighter meeting after the weigh in. No fighter should be able to tell exactly how the fight was going to go 24 hours before the fight.

How much could they had paid takam for allowing Aj to fight round by round to his gamelan to the tee ? Ummm, we're supposed to believe the great takam, knew Aj, the frauds entire gamelan and yet just accepted it. That's more fishy than having 8/4 or whatever scorecards predetermined

I think and HOPE that was what it was. But other people who were casuals probably saw that, and now they might think the sport is corrupt (It is, but I'm saying showtime should address this if there was no wrong doing).

    Obviously a technical mistake.

I don't believe in corruption at this level without solid proof.

Boxing isn't just a sport, it's a sport that has millions upon millions gambled on it.

Any sort of corruption would be exposed and cause uproar due to the huge financial implications.

Decks can be stacked, no doubt about that, but flat out bribery and corruption just wouldn't make sense.

I don't think the fight was itself was fixed, but the referee was fixed/corrupt! Very sad for everyone!
