Dubois is up against Dorian Darch and Yarde has Nikola Sjekloca who is just coming off of a draw with Stieglitz. Yarde's is a slight step up on his last guy, I would say. Darch is probably better than AJ Carter but he's already beyond this sort of level. That said, I think a little bit of me expected worse.
Just boxrecd him. Lost to Zeuge, Callum Smith, Bika and Abraham. So basically he was a b/c-level SMW, not impressed. Darch is awful and will be massacred in one round. I was interested in attending this event but will wait to see who Degale's opponent is.
So yarde is fighting another fighter that is not a light heavy but his gonns take over and beat everyone well to take over and beat everyone you actually have to fight a real light heavy Dubois this is at least at step up will not prove anything yet again apart from what we already know he can punch
Sjeklocas record shows he's durable at Supermiddle taking Abraham and Smith the distance so in that regard it's a step up but the guy is 39! Might be able to take Yarde into the second half of the fight but at what pace... Darch is too small without a punch to keep Dubois off him. Likely be another blowout early. Warren always reminds everyone that Dubois is just a kid at 19/20. Will need another 5 years of WBO contenders to go through first.
I know Dubois is young and raw. But Darch seriously? ffs. Well that'll last about 1 minute. Pointless fight.
Who that guy price was gonna fight as knocked him but he normally goes distance that would have been a good fight The ideal opponent would be that guy price was gonna fight he got stopped by aj but normally goes the distance forgot his name his from Brazil but instead Frank brings in the trash
Thats him that would be a great step up fight love would take him rounds and land a few of his own shots and really answer questions about his chin his gas tank but no look like we will have to wait
yeah good shout. Raphael Zumbano Love or something. He seems quite durable but is offensively useless so is ideal to get rounds in. Darch is just a pointless fight.
I suspect The Love Machine may be Price's opponent on December 2nd. Cornish wouldn't be a bad fight- Darch is game but is incredibly limited at Dubois' level.
All his fights have been pointless he would get more out of sparring in the gym as soon as he knocks this trash opponent out in the 1st round you will have all the boxnation crew saying how even the greats fought fighters like this again they keep saying it after every fight to try and justify these absolutely trash opponents
Zumbano Love hasn't gotten out of the 1st round this year mind. He's lost to both Ustinov and Hrgovic via KO R1.
Judging by the shape of Zumbano at the weigh in vs Ustinov I don't think he trains anymore... AT ALL.
