I'd like your input on fighters that look the part but are not the part.

Guys that look good in the gym, they look like world beaters, impressive physique but when they get in the ring, they look stiff, crude or robotic & lacking in some skills.

my nomination for this. Andre Berto. he looks in great shape but lacking in skills imo

Nah, Berto has skills.. I'd have to say Deontay Wilder.

David "The Ultimate Con Man" Haye

Spent more time modeling and being on game shows than actually boxing for the past 4 years. Comes back and expects a shot at a champion without any work at the ranking what so ever. The man can't seem to pull the trigger even before the Wlad fight but he looks awesome. Women of all backgrounds love David Haye, but boxing wise he is a C+ fighter.

Deontay Wilder IMO has the perfect physique to be really dominant in the sport. He's tall, long reach and isn't too muscular with almost no visible body fat. If he had a chunky legs and a known solid chin, he'd a be nightmare to look at in the opposite corner.

His boxing skills let him down, as most of us here that are familiar with the basics can see. He often ditches the basics probably because he feels that he's too advanced to do something like, for example, maintain the high guard throughout the rounds. He only had a short amateur career and because he's beating all these easy-beats in the pros, he's all of a sudden a know-it-all because he's the champ right. Until someone teaches him a lesson in that you need more than a powerful right to beat a truly skilled operator.

Of the three champions, Wilder gets facial damage the most. Parkers been cut by a head-butt (I think thats right) and Joshuas been flawless. Wilder IMO does have the best physique but lacks the skills and gifts to be unstoppable.

    Nikolai Valuev.
He's a giant heavyweight but got beaten many times by small heavyweights.

Valouev was 7 feet 2 inches tall and usually fought at 330 lbs., but Valouev only lost one fight, a split decision against Haye, but Valouev was cheated, Haye didn't throw any punches, hardly at all. Jim Watt was calling the fight on TV, he wanted Haye to win, but said that Haye could not win without throwing any punches, all Haye did was run like Hell..................It was boxing politics. Haye ran knowing he would win by two of the judges, which happened, but Haye should have lost...................again, he was never beaten several times, only the one split decision, his only loss and he should have won.....................very bad decision, Don King was in on that, so what do you expect...............

No, Valuev lost more than a fight. He got beaten by Ruslan Chagaev in 2007 and it was not a robbery.

Deontay, if he started boxing at the age of 6 he could be one of the best ever. As of now he is the most overrated ever
