Not as much. Theres some serious dough pumped into AJ's promotional side of things and the squeaky clean image, their cleaning up with the lad !

    4? Maybe 5?

It would be budded as his big come back so it would get decent attention. Then the casuals will remember his style and fights are normally quite boring.

He will need a dance partner to hit big numbers

I thought AJ wouldve made more than 10 mill. Thats a lot of money but Im sure I red somewhere he was looking at 20 mill.

Update: Oh no, just read my source I mentioned I red. It was an estimated 20 mill for the Pulev fight.

Aj is on the wheaties box
Fury is on the back of a milk "gone missing"

    Joshua is with under armor
Fury will likely never have a deal like that

We have heard anywhere from 10-20 on this forum.

Who knows what each figure is factoring In.

All we do know for sure is he is earning a lot more than anyone else

Yeah I just read my source I mentioned I red. It was an estimated 20 mill for the Pulev fight. Pulev was to get 5 mill which is still heaps.

Yeah 20 mill guaranteed, thats right. My bad.

Funny how Pulev stood to make 5 mill and now he pulled out, it drops by 10 mill for Joshua as he was suppose to get 20 but now only gets 10.

Tyson Fury is not a draw, he boxes very boring fights and he can't sell out stadiums by himself. If Fury fought Takham or Pulev for a world title they could fill 8k, 10k seats max.

The 10 mill figure was is guaranteed purse, the 20 mill figure is what people were estimating based off projected PPV revenue which AJ would get a percentage from. So Joshua definitely made at least 10 mill, unless of course the PPV bombed which is highly unlikely.

As for Fury. He made about 2.4 mill for Wlad and the rematch was set for the Manchester Arena which only has a capacity of 21K. Fury was never a draw if a Wlad rematch could only sell that size arena it's clear a fight with Takam would of struggled to fill such an arena.

I estimate Fury/Takam might of earned Fury anything between 2-5 mill, it's hard to really say we never got to see if British sports fans would of started paying to see him after winning the belt.

Yeah agree with all of that. If Takam is Fury’s come back fight... it would do well if it’s on Sky or BT people would tune in out of intrigue and he would talk it up and promote it. Long term he isn’t anywhere near pulling in AJ numbers.

Hearn must give purses to challengers based around the fixed odds. Takam 1/12 = £1m Takam, £10m Femi, and the rest split between the support bums and venue.
