I would ask everyone to watch just the first two rounds of each of these fights. And honestly let me know what you think. I don't mind either way. I am interested in what people think after viewing these two rounds of both fights. Both in the same New York ring. Frazier in his last important win versus Lewis trained by Manny Steward.

OMG lmao. The Lewis - Frazier discussion and vote thread has been up for days but because the vote is strongly in favor of Lewis you start another thread and try to tilt it in favor of your pick.

Just like the whole Primo saga months ago, you couldn't accept the result.

    I worry for you, seriously.

So you pick Frazier in his best fight and Lewis in one of his worst. No surprise there!
You wonder why people accuse you of dishonesty? GTFOOH!

The other thread started three days ago, I missed it and it seems to have petered out before I could contribute.

I'm happy to accept the result of the other poll. That one is rather too general in its approach and there is no guarantee voters are even watching fights before deciding.

my poll specifically asks voters to watch two rounds of two fights before voting. So what do you think?? Are you going to vote?

I'm happy to View rounds and vote on anybody else's selected fights to decide a winner.

it is not the worst part of Lewis! It’s fairest to compare two points fights. Lewis was great against mercer. It was a great, competitive fight that he won. Prime Lewis! If I picked the Tucker fight you would say he was not as good without Steward. If I picked the Mavrovic fight you would say it was an off night. If I picked the Holyfield fight you would have still found something wrong. Mercer is the best example where Lewis looked good in a competitive fight.

As for Frazier he had a tiny prime. Was he prime against Bonavena the first time? I don’t think so. He was prime by the second one so I suppose you could switch it for that fight but I can’t find full rounds on YouTube to make the same comparison. But if you can find it put it up.

Are you disagreeing with my points or not?

Do you think Tucker, Holyfeild, Bilups or Mavrovic would be a better showcase of Lewis in a points fight?

Do you think Machen, Bugner or Bonavena would be a better showcase of Frazier in a points fight?

I find it rather hollow that you strike accusations about my credibility and opinion without being able to answer if you agree or not.

I won't give you the credibility of an answer, McGrain has already highlighted the glaringly obvious flaw in your selections. You could put up Lewis v Grant,Ruddock,Morrison, etc but predictably you didn't.It's fine it just highlights you and your MO. What you find ,I couldn't care less I don't give any value to your opinions, that ceased completely with the Carnera thread. You are incapable of honest debate.END OF.

You missed it? Did you vote?

No guarantee voters are watching fights? You are in the classic forum and think people have to watch your hand picked agenda laden clips to make a correct (correct if it goes your way) decision?

Do you think Classic forum posters haven't seen Joe Frazier and Lewis or aren't familiar enough with them to form a respectable opinion?

If the vote in the other thread was being dominated by Frazier this thread would not have even been made!

You cunning little devil you ;)

You can't put up fights like Golota or Grant because Lewis looks devastating and some might realise what a force he was mate, come on. They might even envision him dropping guys like Joe Frazier as he decimates his fellow giants.

We have to confine it to decision fights, can't have Lewis looking too good.

Only glaringly obvious thing here is that you cannot Pick Lewis over Frazier on those performances.

McGrain even said Frazier would always look more coordinated than Lewis because he was. If this is the bit that you think must be "glaringly obvious" then go and tell me why the less coordinated Lewis can use performances against even less coordinated individuals against Frazier at his best and win. But you don't to this. I don't know why. Instead I get this claptrap about credibility and dishonesty.

It's rather pathetic when you think about it.
