Should Povetkin, Ortiz and AJ be treated as Wilder wins?

If you take the Povetkin and Ortiz situation to a logical conclusion, both guys basically surrendered rather than get in the ring and face DW. Both chose to take banned, illegal substances which they knew would give them an unfair competitive advantage. This is basically the same as announcing to the world "i can't compete with DW on the basis of my natural ability. He would destroy me because he's greater than me. I need an unnatural substance to give me superhuman ability so, I can have a chance at winning." To me, that's clearly a loss on their part. An admission of defeat. Therefore it should go down on wilder's record as a "W"...if not officially, at least unofficially as recognized by the fans.

As for AJ announcing he's not ready to face wilder at this point, he should, by all rights, renounce his claim to the hw championship. When you're a champion, you don't get to say "i'm not ready to take on the best competition"...that's what being a champion means...you're OBLIGATED to fight the best. Therefore, AJ's comments indicate that he also is admitting defeat to wilder.

Given this state of affairs, Povetkin, Ortiz and AJ should be unofficially recognized as wins on Wilder's record ...until they have the courage to step in the ring with him clean and prove otherwise.

I've read some rubbish on here (typed quite a lot myself actually) but this is without doubt the most ridiculous, idiotic and clueless thread I think I've seen posted, well done because that really is some achievement.

I called Joshua and Wilder out on Twitter, they ignored me.. can I now regard those as wins over two heavyweight belt holders?

    Why would it be?

First of all, Wilder didn't sign to fight Whyte then test positive for a banned substance, thereby preventing the fight from happening.

Secondly, Wilder AGREED to fight whyte...he just had a condition that AJ would be next. It was hearn who said "no, I won't agree to you fighting whyte if AJ is next." That's not Wilder's fault. It's AJ's promoter for not taking the challenge and it's on AJ for saying he won't be ready for wilder til 2019, 2020.

Wow I'm 2-0, have the IBF, WBA and WBC title and all I had to do was call out a couple of people on Twitter.

Eddie Hearn if you pop in here I'll have a twitter rematch with AJ but he only gets 15% and I keep the show.

I might become a multi weight world champion and call out a few lower weight fighters.. be right back.

Hmmm I must be making history if I win a Flyweight world title after unifying the heavyweight division.

Right I'm gonna go and call out a Flyweight, I'll give him 1 hour to respond or I'm claiming the win and the belt.
