The suits call it building anticipation. The fans call it boring as hell. Nothing builds anticipation like a signed contract.

Unless you think every other fighter AJ has faced 'earned' their fight, then you have no leg to stand on.

Winder versus Joshua is a fight that should happen regardless of politics. If you can't see that, you're blinding yourself.

The fight should be made, I agree. Wilder called him out last fight so let's see how AJ responds.

There is more to boxing than Deontay Wilder. Something needs to be done about this corruption. Why should Toney be stitched up, and Fury why should he be stitched up. It's happening all too often now.

Fury wasn't stitched up for the cocaine. He admitted to cocaine.
    Toney is old news.
I don't know about the corruption you speak of.

I have no problem with the fight being made tomorrow, but Wilder will want to negotiate on even terms which is where the problems come in. If he's happy to take a 30/70 split and B side at Wembley Arena then I say get it on, but we all know he'll want things his own way. This might end up being another Wlad Haye situation with the lesser fighter getting an undeserved even split of the purse, though Wilder seems even more delusional and hard to deal with than Haye was, hard as that may be to imagine.

A few people keep saying this , but there's no evidence for it. All anybody knows right now is that Hearn won't even entertain the idea of negotiations for a Wilder fight.
If you watch Hearn on IFL , you'll know he goes into great detail about the fight making process - we offered this amount to that guy and that amount to this guy .. and so on. He doesn't shy away from telling Kugan whats on the table. So far the only thing Hearn is prepared to offer Wilder is a fight with Dillion Whyte and with no guarantee of Joshua immediately after it.

Please STFU. It's not your damn money. You act like it's coming out of your pocket. The split in money is not your concern.

If Wilder wants this fight as much as he says, then he should accept a 90/10 split which is in terms of worth is still overpaying him.

As a fan I'm not really that fussed about the money side of things, but it's a possible reason why the fight isn't seriously being discussed right now. Why negotiate with someone whom you know is going to be a nightmare to deal with? There's huge money to be made from this fight, but as things stand Wilder and his team would screw everything up with all sorts of unreasonable demands in their delusion and arrogance to be seen as equal partners. Hearn seems like he's trying to cut Wilder and his team down to size, which frankly is the only way this fight can ever go ahead.

I get the distinct impression that Hearn doesn't want to give an inch to Windmiller, Dibella and the Bong Squad when it comes to negotiations cuz Hearn holds all the Aces which lets be honest here, he does. The Bong Squad are making out like the fight can be as big in the states in front of 20k as it is in the UK in the National Stadium in front of 90k. That's some ****ed up logic right there straight away.

The split is bound to be argued back and forth, AJ has stated he doesn't care what the split is but, do you really see Hearn playing that hand. He's promoting arguably the biggest star in boxing at the moment and will want the final, negotiated deal to reflect that and not him being bamboozled by some low rent, second rate guy like Dibella

    Nah mainstream media bs.

The corruption I speak about is the way certain fighters can stitch up others to over turn results or to avoid fights in the first place.
