    Better resume: Akhmedov or Yarde?
Both are fighting on the same weekend.

I'll remember him by his first name, easier as Akhmedov.

As of now there isn't my much between them but Yarde has coming up, in Sjekloca, the much better scalp than Webster and it will he the single best scalp possessed by either, by far.

Assuming he does beat Sjekloca, considering the experienced and tough Montenegrin has fought a much higher tier of competition, both in the pros and in a much deeper amateur campaign. At the very least he will answer whether Yarde's power is legit. If this reaches the cards as expected we then find out whether Yarde can outpoint someone rather than stop them.

Sjekloca is exactly the kind of step up I'd like to see Akhmedov take by summer/fall 2018.

But the guy is 40? And 1 weight class smaller.
Maybe he could face the winner or loser of Dawson-Rodriguez which is next month.

    Akhmedov UD10 Webster

    100-88, 100-88, 99-89.

(there weren't any knockdowns; Webster had points docked in two separate rounds for holding)

Ali is squeezing in one more day's work under the bright lights in 2017, just under the wire...his 7th match of the year (thereby eclipsing his already impressive five-fight schedule from 2016)

He is facing Ismat Bahman Oglu Eynullayev of Azerbaijan, currently 12-2 (8), billed third after two female title bouts on a card airing on Матч Боец ТВ on Saturday.

This dude's a beast. Stone cold warrior. He fights his opponents like he is hellbent on stealing their soul.

Funny, this reminds me of my great prognostication I made years ago after watching an incredible comeback KO by Danny Hand. I said, "watch for this guy. Great things to come." Yada, yada. I think he was KO'd in his next fight and disappeared.
