There's been other topics where I've seen Triple G fans make the argument that he should go after BJS instead of rematching Canelo. Even dating back to earlier this year, I recall some TG fans wanted him to fight BJS because he had the WBO Title, etc. Whether or not posters like that are scared of the rematch, I don't know, but I was just pointing out that there are G fans who wanted him and still want him to fight somebody else instead of Canelo next.

Another reason why some G fans are terrified of the rematch is due to their well documented worry over the judges. In a way many G fans are terrified of fighting Canelo because they believed G can't win a decision. So in a way, those people are terrified. They think he's gonna get robbed and they are worried about that, terrified even of taking that L to Canelo. (perhaps illegitimately in their mind, but terrified nonetheless)

 

So it's not a rematch they are afraid of, it's another screw job, as you posted. Yet you prefer to come in, say how happy you are over 3G fans being 'terrified' (Makes you sound like a spoiled child BTW), yet this is all it is. What a pointless and childish approach you carry... No wonder others insult you...this self serving garbage is pretty insulting to intelligence.

They're just afraid of fighting Canelo. They're either paranoid over the judges, want him to fight for the WBO Title instead, didn't want to wait until May, etc whatever their reasoning is, that was what I was referring to. Many Triple G fans have convinced themselves it's gonna be another screw job like you said if he fights Canelo again. Whatever they need to tell themselves, several G fans have expressed a strong desire to not want Gennady to fight Canelo.

That kind of approach, that kind of complaining , that kind of paranoia over the judges, screaming robbery, alleging corruption and / or incompetence of the judges, not accepting the judges decision, etc isn't exactly a good look !

Need I remind you that I'm not outraged by the verdict of a draw. I'm fine with it. I had it somewhere in between the Byrd card and the two other judges, something like 8-4 Canelo something in that ballpark. I'm not screaming robbery and I don't see any of Canelo's fans coming on here paranoid over what may happen in the rematch, getting screwed etc like we've seen with some Triple G fans who have expressed a desire to not want him to rematch Canelo.

I have no problem with Triple G himself or his team, I like Triple G as a fighter, but it's insulting to the sport to see a bunch of his fans constantly crying over the decision and screaming robbery and expressing their desire for him to not rematch Canelo. It's pathetic. Grow up, Man Up and be more accepting of reality and the great fight that happened. It's beyond me how any fan of either fighter would not want to see the rematch !

You are attempting to portray this fight as an outliner that contradicts the history of boxing. There has never been a fight that only an "enlightened minority" can perceive correctly.

That would place you in a minority that conflicts with public perception. International media has questioned her competence, her own organization has addressed it, and admitted a "bad night"
