Pretty good, he said that he is moving no matter how the tournament ends.

I expect him to make waves. I expect him to come in 2nd at the cruiser tourney, but he will look very good against the current HW crop.

I'd like to see Gassiev vs. Whyte.

Initially though the would be too small but then saw a picture of him and klitschko and was shocked how big he was. Will do very well but I don't think he'll have enough to beat the guys at the top.

Would be interesting to see how much weight he can put on without diminishing his speed and stamina. I think right now Gassiev still makes CW very comfortably.

Give him ten well selected fights at HW and I only see Joshua beating him.

Give Gassiev a few fights to get used to the HW division and I'd be confident he beats Whyte. More skilled, faster, and probably hits harder too.

This. Gassiev was Wilder's chief sparring partner in preparation for Povetkin for good reason. However, in order to actually become a champion at heavyweight he needs to develop a better jab and telegraph his shots less. The fight with Lebdev would've easily been a draw if not for the knockdown Gassiev scored, since Lebdev was able to exploit these two weaknesses and get himself back into the fight. But, he certainly has the potential to be a threat at heavyweight.
