Shelley Finkel - I called Hearn. Hearn doesn't want the Wilder-Joshua fight.

Laughing about the guys in this thread who cry like a little kid "I am a boxing fan, I want the best fights NOW! I demand it! There's no excuse not to give me what I want".

There are some many interests tied into this. Fighters, managers, promoters, venues/arenas, TV stations, sponsors. Everyone wants the best deal and the most money. But they should all take a pay cut so a bunch of unemployed boxing fans get the fight they want next, ideally next weekend. In a parking lot if no arena is available!

I think the reason behind that is Wilder has publicly called out Joshua, and Hearn seems more keen on making a Wilder vs Whyte fight.

Yes I want them to fight next weekend. I don't care how realistic that is. I expect both Wilder and AJ to drop their purse expectations just so *I* can watch the fight. That's how entitled I am.

You were giving Hearn the benefit of the doubt yesterday. Today you were proven wrong, Hearn was just ducking a Wilder fight, and you're attacking people who wanted to see a better, more competitive fight.

Enjoy buying three Joshua vs inept mandatories a year.

Let me know when you realize Hearn just screwed all of you over.

You guys act like you know whats going on behind he scenes. Everyone needs to calm the fu ck down and let the negotiations take place. Maybe the fight happens in 2018. Hopefully it does. If it doesn't, then you little girls can bit ch and whine all you want, I suppose. Until then, just get on with your lives and enjoy the matchups that are scheduled.

What does make sense to you?. The venue was about Wembley as it's the biggest. This is from today's paper

No they should do whatever they want. That's their prerogative. But we are fans of the sport, not fans of the profit margins. So of course we want the best fights as soon as possible. We don't care who gets what pay, we just want the fight. I can't speak for everyone else echoing my opinions, but I for one am certainly not unemployed.

I do not understand why Hearn wants wilder whyte fight..

Yes will raise wilder profile for aj fight but not by much and with a risk of killing the fight altogether if wilder underperforms or loses against whyte.

If whyte beats wilder the aj unification rematch would have much less Ppv value because we all know result of that one

Don't understand the business case for wilder whyte at all.. anybody??
