It doesnt matter what Douglas said ..i could say i can fly to the moon does that make it true? And if he thought that that means he declined a huge rematch payday to go fight a holyfiled for less money, but hey your world must be nice.

I was around that time you werent ,and Douglas flat out gave his reason for not rematching Tyson in the Holyfield fight press conference when asked about it and its what i posted. The only time Tyson did not persue Douglas is after his Holyfield loss OBVIOUSLY it is pointless then.

Holyfield was willing to accept side step money for that rematch to happen but Douglas sais no to it anyway.

Anybody who disagrees with me that Don king was not trying to geta rematch with Douglas is just an outright fool bc anyone can look that up,CANT THEY ? lol

    BONUS MATERIAL..........

And for all those who keep saying Tyson ducked Holyfield...... lol

Why did the Holyfield camp want a Foreman fight before one against Tyson?

"Because Foreman isn't getting any younger (he's 42), and also we agreed to the fight before the Douglas fight and also because we feel Evander would win and that that would make a Holyfield-Tyson fight that much bigger," said Shelly Finkel, Holyfield's adviser.

No there wasnt thats why he didnt get one,and Douglas was able to fight Holyfiled and not Tyson ,who he was terrified of thats why he took less money to fight Holyfield.

Well Tyson saying he would knock Douglas out easily in a rematch is like saying you can fly to the moon and back on a bicycle.....

Douglas breached his contract to take the Holyfield fight.

There are a myriad of reasons why he did this.

I'll say it again for the hundredth time, there was no rematch clause.
