    Especially Bernard Hopkins!!!
Been in boxing from 1988-2016 has done absolutely NOTHING for the youth in Philadelphia.

Probably wandering up and down the streets of Philly, having all the girls going "Ooohh & Aahhh" over his slick new haircut.

Garcia chilling back in his Papi Mansion living the life. He lost to Thurman. Made bank. It was a good competitive fight. **** happens. He'll come back fight 1-2 no names collect a check and enter into another big fight.
I love to see a rematch. But I doubt it'll happen.
His pops is smart and runs his career quite well. He has made it clear several times. This all about one thing and one thing only. Money. Anyone that thinks its about anything else is kidding themselves.

Thurman's style married to real welterweight size was always going to be a problem for Garcia. He can hang at 147, he just won't boss the division unless the very best guys move up and aren't replaced by equal quality.

Porter would be a good fight for him, tough but winnable, but I guess Shawn's gonna get his Thurman rematch.

This. Danny doesn't seem like he needs money.

well his daddy was recently tryin to convince us that Swifty is THE PPV star of boxing now, and somehow warrants the reigns to the next mayweather. So, I suppose where Danny is...swiftly his stock is raising in his own mind, and declining as cherries continue to cover the ground.

Get the feeling he will lose whatever big fights he takes part in from here out. Just the career arch. We've seen this before. First loss hits hard, no longer the guy that will get the close decision, making less money than used to and wants to, goes inactive... that's a bad recipe.

That's actually some deep s***, haha. I feel bad for him. Won't get any macho-ness from me here. In that context getting called out like that can strike a nerve, could for each of us. I understand entirely how people can not like this guy but to me he seems a pretty soft spoken and chill dude who doesn't cause any trouble or say dumb things too often so, I don't know, that little clip made me feel a little sad... Hope he gets back in the ring soon. No reason not to. People act like Thurman killed him in there or something when it was a competitive decision loss.
