Wilder only has himself to blame if he cannot land a big fight.

There can be no denying Wilder is a drama queen cry baby and every member on here claiming otherwise is falling for his drama.

He made his bed and now he is not in control because he has not stepped up. Thats the truth.

    Deal with it you crybabies.

If Wilder cant get it signed in 2018 then we can talk, until then all the talk of scared and ducking is a shameful distraction of reality for fanboy agendas.

Problem is that Wilder and Haymon know that he can't fight! He will never fight a legit fighter! Breazeale is next, also owned by Haymon!

Its just his fanboys anointing him the next Muhammad Ali or Mike Tyson that bothers the **** out of me more so than AJ himself, I do genuinely think he's rudimentary and lacks this mythical skillset that most of his fans want to ascribe to him, and that they don't see his flaws, and ignore all the ample warning signs, yet fixate on everyone else's kind of annoys me.

Yeah maybe you are right, he probably wasn't too thrilled with the idea of facing Povetkin or Ortiz, but you can't take it out on Deontay that they tested positive, he signed the dotted line, he was willing to face them, and they ****ed up. Sure Deontay hasn't faced the stiffest competition, but he also doesn't have a bunch of goons acting like he's the next big thing and could beat every HW in history either, so the standard hasn't been set as high for him. He's not a Gold Medalist who came into the sport with a shitton of fanfare like AJ, he was just another average American who turned pro, and flew under the radar for a few years before people started notices that this mother****er hits hard, he's similar to Kovalev in that way, who also had a underwhelming amateur career.

As far as 'Bama goes, it was just me overreacting, its been open season over here for the last year since the election result, it seems like any Red leaning state is mocked and derided by the big city folk, all the elitist have been pounding away on what they call flyover country, savagely attacking them for liking guns, being a little too religious and about how socially conservative they are, while they at the same defend cultures that are rigidly conservative, sometime downright fascist, that if they had to live under, they'd probably be in jail by now. Don't put down slightly conservative cultures just because you're familiar with them, while upholding insanely conservative cultures, you have nothing in common with, be consistent, if one conservative culture is condemned, then condemn them all, don't pick and choose for political purposes.

That and Alabama has always been the punchline of jokes here, kind of like the Gypsies are over there, meanwhile, most of the people criticizing Alabama, don't know **** about it, as a Floridian, I know a few Alabamans, black and white, they're some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

I just find it absolutely comedy gold that Wilder fangirls claim he doesnt need to fight Whyte because hes a "bum" when Wilders whole career is built on bums.

I agree he's flawed, but then again a 19 year old Michael Jordan was very flawed. The question isn't how flawed you are, but if you allow your mind to admit to your weaknesses and strive to become better. How much time is left in your career, do you have the willpower to improve?

AJ started boxing very late (18). He's been boxing for 10 years. If he's smart he still can improve quite a bit. It won't make him the most skilled HW ever but he can become strong enough to rule the division for another 7-8 years if he puts his mind to it and remains disciplined.

I feel we should commend WIlder on being willing to step up after 9 years, and 39 fights as a pro. This fight could come to early, when Wilder won the title he was a 33 fight prospect and his management team said Wlad was too dangerous. I like Wilder's ambition, and clear desire to fight the best, but it may come too early after only 39 fights and 9 years as a pro.

We will learn a very important data point about AJ once he loses his first fight which will happen sooner or later. His ability (or inability) to bounce back and get back to to the top will tell us about his mental strength more than anything.

Well I don't buy into the whole Deontay didn't have a platform spiel. He won an Olympic Bronze medal, he wasn't some total unknown. Sure he didn't have an extensive amateur background but then again neither did Joshua despite his gold medal win.

My politics are fairly anarcho-collectivist so I guess you'd consider me a left leaning libertarian. A rare enough thing. Essentially I don't care what you do/believe as long as it doesn't affect someone's else right to live their life the way they see fit.

I do also get a bit weirded out by the left's obsession with protecting facist cultures on the understanding that they're not European/North American.

Never been to Alabama but have plenty of friends from Atlanta and Houston of different ethnicities and found everyone from there to be plenty friendly despite Texas and Georgia's international reputations.

David Haye might be the only guy ever that you can't use to show Wilder is an epic annoying disappointment. Was that fight ever a thing? No. And if it ever was, I'll actually ride with Wilder and say Haye wanted no part.

America doesn't give a damn about medals in Boxing, Claressa Shields has won gold 2 times, most couldn't pick her out of a lineup. Ward won gold, and no one has ever really cared about him, even now. America at this point completely ignores Boxing, sadly.

As far as your comment about Texas and Georgia, same applies to Alabama.

And evidently you're not that rare, I consider myself a Left Libertarian as well, although not quite a anarcho collectivist, but not a total individualist economically either. The left's obsession with upholding non western fascist cultures completely mortifies me, as well as their recent embracing of pro-war, globalist, corporatist, anti-free speech non stop nihilistic, deconstructionist self destructive suicidal ideals. They've kind of lost their **** over here, big time.
