You are embelishing facts with personal opinion and simplifying the story to suit your agenda.

4 different parties wanted different things:

1. Universum =Interim bouts and December rematch.
2. WBO= Sanders vs Brewster
3. Klitschko= immediate rematch
4. Sanders=cash out

Its incedibly naive to single out Klitschko or Sanders when nobody in this situation was on the same page, especially the actual match makers. Add in Sanders' injury to further conplicate things.

You bungled all sorts of facts and are in no place to call anyone ignorant.

Weird thing to say considering you dismissed his actual quotes from 2003.

 

Errm , no. I'm simply arguing the facts as they happened. Your original post , which you called 'infamous' claimed Wlad tried and was unable to get the fight.
Ive since proved that wasn't the case by reading through the whole links you provided. This was why you were reluctant to engage in the discussion in the first place.

We now know that Wlad did not try to get the rematch. He went and took comeback/tune-up fights. We know that for 100% fact because we have quotes from his people to prove it.

Nice try but Universum and Wladimir are the same party. They both agreed to not exercise the rematch clause and went and fought a bum instead.
Unfortunately for you that's not my personal opinion. That's an absolute fact. Its an absolute fact that he did not try or want to immediately rematch Sanders.

Canelo couldn't fight some unranked bum next and be given a pass by saying it was Golden Boy's decision. He would be slaughtered and rightfully called a ducker . Don't expect your mental gymnastics to wash with me.

I didn't comment at all on that quote from 2003 because it was utterly pointless since his career was still active and he did not know how events would turn out. Saying he hoped Wlad would fight him after he beat Vitali means nothing in regards to the discussion we're having now..

The quote I provided was from Sanders looking back and reflecting on his career which I believe is more valid. . Feel free to disagree with the man all you want.

It's pretty obvious you didn't read through the links. Everything you brought up has been countered by that post, and I shouldn't have to do that if you read it.

If you read the links you wouldn't have got so many facts wrong. You built arguments on misinformation and when called out that it was mistaken, you abandon it without a word and look for another angle. That's not how you go about uncovering the truth, that's just grabbing on to whatever suits your agenda.

At that time Universum was also promoting Corrie Sanders and they stated their intentions for both men. You quoted the same snippet over and over but failed to understand it.

That's not what he said. lol Sanders stated his actual goal and intentions at that time, which is more relevant and meaningful than him pondering someone else's intentions in retrospect.
