    The Marciano threads are abound and going round and round.

    Let us cut to the chase - where do you have him in your all-time heavyweight ratings?

    Last time i did a list i had him #5.

    He used to be in mine until Holy,Tyson, and Lewis, came along, now he his just outside it but in front of Frazier.

    If you go by his achievements and his record he's arguably the GOAT, H2H shouldn't come into it.

    #9 or #10 in my estimations. The guys I'd definitely have ahead of him are: Ali, Louis, Holmes, Jeffries, Foreman, Lewis and Tyson. I generally put Frazier higher nowadays than him, too, and perhaps Johnson at a stretch. He's in the mix with the Dempseys and Listons, but while I think he struggles badly head-to-head against most of the guys I've mentioned, and he has a relatively poor killer:filler ratio to his record, his '0' and gutsy title showings against Walcott and Charles are reassuring factors in me still giving him a top ten berth - just.
