Floyd at 130 was an amazing fighter. A mixture of great offense and defense. Loma is very good but I think h2h vs a 130 pound Floyd, he would have came up short.
Yea but if you look at it as a whole Loma is more impressive especially with the level of competition and remember loma is smaller then Floyd. His boxing is more pleasing to the eye

Floyd is not faster and never had power Floyds attacking abilities was not great it was average. Loma is more complete in the sense he has both defensive capabilities and attacking capabilities
PBF's demolition of the late Chico Corrales was arguably the best exhibition of the sweet science of the era. The speed accuracy power countering defense footwork ring IQ all top notch in that fight. It would be an ATG performance in any era.
