TBF Kovalev as much of a Dickens that he obviously can be must have been all over the place prior to the rematch.

The fact that JDJ openly admitted to talking to team Ward and again openly admitted he was tempted if tge price was right to dump SK must of been playing on his mind, I don't care what anyone says.

Since their separation JDJ has turned into the equivalent of Malignaggi with all his bitching.

I liked JDJ before but he has shown hus true colours, as has team Ward who are sly, under handed and ultimately fake.....but people with their heads screwed on already knew this.

 

To be even talking to the opposition proves how weak of a man he is. It should catch everyones attention even if people dislike Kov.

 

Jackson betrayed Kovalev and is now showing his true colors...................Jackson is a very bitter person who stabbed his fighter in the back! Wonder how much SOB paid him, or it sure appears that way, look at all the talk before the fight about Jackson going with SOB and leaving Kovalev, etc., no, I have lost all respect for Jackson, now what champion does Jackson have? If, indeed, Jackson was supposed to have been paid by SOB's camp, then I would bet he was cheated out of his money! When I did work for the Klitschkos years ago, I had to put up with all kinds of prejudice because they were Eastern European fighters, in fact, I had to explain to Max Kellerman that the Klitschkos were not Nazis from Germany, that they were not German! That, in fact, they were Ukrainian, that Ukrainians hated Hitler, just look what the Nazis did to Ukraine, Russia, etc., this was live on the air back when Max was on ESPN2. I told Max that he was a very nice closed minded person! He is a nice person, but he got his job because of his father, not because of his boxing knowledge............I think most see it while he is on HBO as well..........there is still a lot of prejudice against Eastern European fighters, such as Golovkin, Kovalev, etc., however, I do have hope...................there should not be a double standard. Eastern European fighters are very hard working people, they come out of really terrible poverty. They obey the rules of boxing, unlike SOB Ward, some said that Kovalev should have hit SOB back to the testicles in return, but if Kovalev had done that he would have been disqualified! Only SOB can get away with breaking the rules, he is the dirtiest boxer I have ever seen, he makes Golota seem like Jesus Christ!

 

Alright hombre. I'm sure a fighter's personality doesn't influence your thoughts on them at all.

I have a close 7-5 Ward scorecard I'll defend against anyone and Kovalev put himself in a position to get stopped by complaining about legal low blows early and looking at the ref to save him after not answering a brutal assault following getting hurt. Let's not act like Kovalev dominated Ward in Whitaker-Chavez fashion and then was on his way to a shut-out before randomly getting stopped. Ward made adjustments, Kovalev didn't.

 

It's difficult to overcome something you can't prepare for or don't expect to happen. I place place the blame entirely on the underhanded system at play in both of his loses.

You got to be blind to say the early low blows was legal .... They was low and was tireing Kovalev, and there was plenty of them.
In both fight Kovalev outland Ward. In the first one, he outlanded him with 17 more power punches and 10 punches total, and also scored a knockdown.
He also outlanded him in the rematch, but the stoppage was sh** and even then, the judges have Ward infront of Kovalev at the time of stoppage ....
That just show you what high level in coruption is in the boxing nowdays.
Same goes for GGG - Canelo. A clean 8-4 victory for GGG.
