Adam Kownacky, Erkan Teper, Timur Stark and Andrey Rudenko is going to spar with Povetkin, to help him get ready for a fight with Hammer.

I think he shouldn’t be stepping in just yet [with Joshua]. He needs one or two more before he gambles. And again, I’d like to see him bank the money. This is a tough, tough sport. Bank the money before you gamble, and that’s what Jarrell Miller needs to do.”

“I’d love him to box on our card in April,” Hearn said. “He’s from Brooklyn as well. You know, he’s an exciting fighter. He learned so much fighting the likes of Mariusz Wach, but again, Mariusz Wach, TKO-9, is a very, very impressive win and puts him probably one or two steps away from fighting for the world heavyweight title.”

Boxing heavyweight Izuagbe Ugonoh (17-1, 14 KO) told that he had already returned to training from a break related to health problems. For now, it is not known when a competitor from Gdansk will reappear between ropes.

- At the beginning of 2018, I will make plans. Will I re-train to the States, or will I stay in Poland? We'll see it all. For the time being, I'm not saying when I'm fighting. I have several ways I could go. There is no doubt about it, "said Izu.

Izuagbe Ugonoh fought for the last time on February 25, crossing gloves with WBC's Dominik Breazeal, currently ranked second. After a dramatic and full turn of action, the Pole lost by knockout in the fifth round.

Former world heavyweight champion Artur Szpilka (20-3, 15 KOs) started his training with Andrzej Gmitruk on Monday. The training base of the newly created pair will be in Warsaw, and on the sparring matchmaker from Wieliczka may fly to London.

- I will train at the Warsaw Athletics Center, but it is not said that I have to do every training here. On a sparring, I can go to someone if it is worth it. There is also the option of sparring to London, where coach Gmitruk was recent with Mateusz Masternak and said that they had great conditions there - says "Szpila."

The exact date of the next fight for Spilka is not yet known. But Spilka will most likely return in January or February.
