Oscar is determined to screw up boxing. He tried dressing like Betty Paige as a fighter, he delayed Canelo and GGG with BS and now this debacle!

 

Bit strange of him to say this after condemning the May-Mac fight so hard. Ah well, I’d watch it!

 

Boxing is like a frog in a pot of slowly boliing water. The sideshows continue, and the totally clueless modern boxing public just keeps lapping it all up.

agreed, but Oscar became a hypocrite on this issue long ago--ie, once McGregor expressed interest in boxing but before the Mayweather circus was finalized, Oscar made a public "offer" for Canelo to fight McGregor

 

I'm a big Oscar fan, and I find it disgusting that people are still insinuating he fixed the Canelo-GGG fight. Get over it, was a close fight. Plus the guy was one of the most honourable fighters in history, and never ducked anyone. Ever.

I don't see him fighting McGregor though, it's simply not going to happen.

 

Mayweather / McGregor was embarrassing, but Oscar buttsniffing Floyd's tracks after having denounced him for fighting Mcgregor is just apocalyptically cringeworthy.
