    Originally Ruddock wasn't a "big" fighter he was a typical bulked fighter like Lewis,W. Klitschko,Holy.
    Briggs and the list can go on... I think the old-timers like Dempsey would gain decent muscle mass
    like these modern fighters and this would change the situation dramatically.

    Tyson couldn't put away Ruddock in 1 round not sure that Dempsey would be able to. Ruddock was certainly a flawed fighter but he had heart and pretty good recovery ability. He knew how to smother Tyson with his size when he was in trouble.

    I suspect that Dempey would be a bit more methodical than this version of Tyson.

    He would find ways to chip away at Ruddock, until he broke.

    It is a damn same that Tyson never completed his apprenticeship!

    If he did, it certainly wouldn't be outlandish. Far lesser fighters, with less power hurt Dempsey.
