Ruiz is a good heavyweight, probably right around the top 10 area. Obviously he needs to lose weight(which he seems to have) and get a fight or two in and he'd be ready for a major fight. Top Rank has him and Jennings and if Jennings doesn't end up facing Parker I think a Jennings-Ruiz match up is a good one.
I think Ramirez will once again look bad. Those guys from Ghana are though. Ramirez is going nowhere.
ruiz is one of the fastest heavyweights today and has good power too.........he needs to train more harder though and become focus
Will be interesting to see what he can do. He looks like he's lost a lot of weight from recent photos but he still needs to lose more and also keep it off.
I had him beating Parker 7:5 rounds even with that extra weight and with zero experience, think he fought journeymen only before that.Hes talented fighter but lets be honest for a second,in shape Ruiz is a myth and also in shape Ruiz isnt even Heavyweight.
I like Ruiz, kind of reminds me of a giant ground hog. I had a pet ground hog named Anthony 8 years ago.
Ruiz good fighter but not built to excellent at HW,too heavy footed at 6'2 and his power is not really known.Hard worker so I hope he gets more wins but its going to be limited. No I dont think he defeated Parker.
From the woods, you feed them they will burrow a home under ground. Mine burrowed one under my shed and walla I had 4 more. The downside is they have damaged the property with massive holes and crawl in my walls now...I'm under attack . Side note: I wrote a movie script titled ( ANTHONY). About a hillbilly bitten by a infected ground hog ,basically a zombie movie about hybrid beaver actually and human mutated ppl that attack and kill. Well a movie called Zombeavers came out so........
Leaning out too much might do more good than bad.... Seen it before at HW. a lot of times cutting all of that weight takes something out of guys even if it's down over time and intelligently. Ruiz should be at 225-230 give or take.
