    I would make mandatory for every fighter to go to the ring with NO BEARD at all. I think it is an unfair advantage.

    Carroll looks pretty solid, to be honest. I would like to watch him vs better oposition though. He looks like fairly ready for that.

    It might be an advantage - shielding and cushioning the chin, intimidating the opponent. But, if so, it is an advantage in the same way that having lots of fast-twitch muscle fibres is for a sprinter: you cannot penalise a man for being... well... manly!
