Sanders went into the fight with Rahman with a leg injury that prevent him from running. While he landed some on Rhaman, he didn't land any nearly as hard as he did on Vitali. Sanders shot in round one to the side of the head / temple area is a tough shot to take. Where and how hard means a lot more than volume.
Douglas threw the kitchen sink into Tyson before he got rid of him. Mike probably took more hits in that fight than Vitali took in his whole career.
Sanders didn't train AT ALL for Vitali. He went into that fight fresh off a hand injury. He basically turned up to get paid. If that version of him stunned and buckled Vitali , a prime version could have knocked him out. Sanders had Rahman against the ropes and was wailing on him punch after punch. A much faster version and Corrie got his power from his speed. Vitali's chin was overrated dude. I know you worship the guy , but it is what is it.
Well Dude, if his chin is over rated, then I suggest you look up the definition of the word. He was never floored, and was hit hard by several punchers. What more can you ask? You tell me who had a better chin, just be ready for a checker or two since I've seen a lot of heavyweight boxing and can quickly show you that whomever you come up with was either rocked or floored by loser punchers than Sanders. Double dare
Adamek did nothing of the sort. Briggs is a big puncher. Lewis said he's the best puncher he fought you'll have to show me where Briggs wobbled Vitali. It if happened is wasn't for a full second, and only adds to how tested his chin and body were. Deal?
Wow wow wow....... Tyson's chin was FAR better than Vitali's. Mike was never 1 punch KO'd or dropped and throughout his career got it rockin' with some seriously HUGE punchers. Only time fighters got rid of him was after they hit him with the kitchen sink, bathroom toilet, f uck it, the whole f ucking house. Tyson went down after taking bombs consistently all night. Vitali rarely got hit clean, and just because he took one huge uppercut from Lewis he has a granite chin and better chin than Tyson? ****ing laughable.
He never fought a live puncher in his career. Lewis was in a terrible shape , took the fight on short notice and was at a career heaviest. His punches were slow and sloppy yet they still cause Vitali to stagger around and hold on. Go look at what a much better Lewis threw into Mercer and watch how Mercer didn't even blink. Go watch how a faded Holyfield walked through cleanly connected uppercuts like nothing. In his next fight Holyfield was dropped by Ruiz , a light puncher. Wilder hasn't been dropped in 7 years. That doesn't mean he wont be ever again.
Tyson fans are the best at being at seeing only one side of the coin. Evander Holyfield, hardly a big puncher hurt Iron Mike to the body in the mid rounds and finished him later. Watch Bruno vs Tyson 1. Bruno who lacked confidence issued visibly wobbled Tyson, I think the round before Tyson evened. While Burno could hit, it just shows Tyson wasn't a durable as his fans mad him out to be. It was the Burno fight to me that took Tyson's aura away. Douglas of course hurt Tyson and finished him. And Lewis could have finished Tyson sooner if he risked it. The other thing on Tyson is he had swelling issues.
McCall and Mercer had certified forged titanium chins. McCall also had a forged titanium crack addiction.
Okay, I guess you don't think Lewis or Sanders were punchers. Hide was a puncher too. Newsflash, chins are best tested when hit, and Vitali passed his tests with impressive results when both fighters had plenty of steam left in them. Wilder fights top 15-40 opponents as champion, he's a joke and everyone knows he's packing glass. You're not impressing me so far. I asked you for names of who took a better punch. If you can't list many, it shows even you admit Vitali is way up there on the list. And I'm still waiting to see who you list, as I have some educational learning ready for you. Might log off soon...will see if you reply later.
