Is Price's chin really that bad? I mean, most of his losses were to guys who used PEDS.

It's very bad and that is compounded by his stamina which is seriously lacking.

Look at his KO loss to Teper

That was definitely an example of his bad chin, without any of the stamina issues because it came early.

    It was a grazing shot.

He did take some serious hammering without going down in his last fight.

It is pretty bad, but what compounds it is how easily Price gasses.

Once he's gassed he's got: no defence, mouth open = easier to KO, no strength in the legs, no strength to get up off the canvas, and a desire to exit the fight as soon as possible.

So yeah, glass jaw, but gassing is just as much of the problem if not more. See his latest fight vs Hammer, he got stopped more due to exhaustion than anything else.

One of the worst chins I have seen. Some overrate his power a bit but if there was a power/chin ratio he'd have one of the highest.

David has a lot of attributes, he’s big, strong, hard punching and athletic.. but he also has a shallow gas tank and can’t handle pressure.. He showed in a whole bunch of fights that he is gunshy, takes a whole lot of really solid shots on the whiskers, then collapses when he’s tapped on the chops in a stressful situation.. Thompson cracked him numerous times in that first fight with howitzers, but didn’t phase him, but as soon as he got anxious, he looked fragile.. a strange one.

His stamina disappears the second he gets tagged on his chin. Watch his knees when his chin gets hit. They buckle, and you can see his legs turn to rubber. Then he opens his mouth, starts breathing like a dog in direct sunlight and starts the panic hyperventilation. He becomes a sitting duck. Same movie every time.

the funny thing is, he looks athletic. but he just isnt at all, at least, not any more. hes a huge guy who acts like he has some horrendous debilitating disease once in the ring, leaning over, gurning, turning away, not fighting back, but rather looking for a life vest somewhere. just pure terror in the mans eyes. This was against hammer, a fat slugger a good foot shorter than him.

he looked the business knocking over useless puddings when he started out, looked powerful, but as soon as thompson clipped him behind the ear and knocked him into another dimension he looks like a shell of a man who is being led up for execution every time he does a ring walk.

you cant fix that kind of mental problem if you dont address it, add to that that he probably wasnt that good in the first place and the result is just car crash entertainment these days.
