Hearn should be thankful he can land Joshua a unification fight for only 35%. That is if he actually wants Joshua to fight Parker, and we have seen no evidence of that yet.

 

What the hell is going on nowadays,just makes you wonder how fights have ever been made since Boxing began lol.
So we have Wilder doing his best to put his name out there,make a load of noise and keep screaming that AJ has been ducking him since he beat Takem and him Stiverne lol so I think we can debunk that one in the knowledge that just as Hearns said we will get that fight in 2018 so I’m quite happy to wait for that.
Re Parker again what’s with the fake ass press conference as appose to getting things done out of the publics view and getting a good deal for him cause again all this just reeks of what Wilders doing and I think it’s an LBDC thing in that it’s got nothing to do with being practical,more just keep shouting rubbish about being ducked and ones value as appose to the no 1 guy who sells out 90.000 seat stadiums.
My view is the same as the Wilder fight in that in 2018 this fight will certainly get made and most likely will be next for AJ,so not only does Parker want/need this fight team AJ and Hearn certainly want/need this fight so why come across as being a drama queen like Wilder,Parker and team should just sit back,not come across as being desperate and let Hearn come up with some numbers for the belt Parker wants to sell,AJ needs this fight just as much so there’s no need for the drama,this fight again will get made soon.

 

Course they want it,what evidence is it you need,do you really need to see this plastered all over social media ala Wilder.
2017 has just been a great year for boxing with so many big fights being made and AJ v Wlad just happened to top the lot not just in figures but it delivered.
With Ortiz possibly out of the picture AJ needs this Parker fight and it’s gonna get made in 2018 so quite honestly I’m just not sure how anyone could think there’s been no evidence when both parties have already started negotiating no?
Have some faith or patience,either or lol.

 

I think what really hurt Parker is that damned awful Hugie Fury fight that not only bombed commercially but it just dint deliver as a fight,if you think back there was more hype re Parker over a year ago than now,since then he’s fought some good opposition inc Takam,Ruiz and Fury and just didn’t look good albeit in winning causes.
I just know how Hearn thinks after hearing him say to Baby Miller before he fought Wach he said to him win and win well.
I know styles makes fights but I have to say it sounds a bit desperate when you hear Parker at the moment saying he’s gonna KO both Wilder and AJ when his past few performances would indicate anything but a knockout victory.

Is it because the fight hasn’t been scheduled for a months time like you’d want it or is the time honoured way of making fights behind closed doors making real conversations and talking,venues,rematches and numbers something not believe in anymore,this is a genuine question and one I’m all ears to know if there’s another way.

As for close doors deal making, Hearn has shown no interest in any taking place. Parker's people are the only ones actively trying to make this fight happen.

Again why the big drama show,we’re having a conversation about boxing so you needn’t sympathise with me as it’s only boxing.
Hearn when in the US for the Jacobs fight actually met up with Wilders team and talked of venues,possibly having two fights and wether it would be in the summer or later on in 2018,what part of him and AJ saying this fight will be made in 2018 do you not get?

Put it this way take both guys careers and ask yourself who has the record of achieving in half the fights that Wilder has,who after winning their belt said we not good enough for Wlad just yet and who has the record of fighting trash opposition with zero risk,if you wanna get behind Wilder good on you but you’re just making up this thing about m not wanting to fight Wilder,I mean it’s the end of 2017 so what part of him saying 2018 is no good with you?

 

I will be watching next year with interest to see if Hearn's promises are delivered on. Sadly, I suspect they won't be.

 

Hearn wants Parker to fight Joshua for free in his home town, with his personal referee, boxing commission, judges, etc.

 

I'm for anything to get Joshua to fight a threat. We're holding his stiff ass to new standards now. Fight a prime fighter, fight a threat, and no more old man and inferior opposition. I told you that Joshua was a ****en scumbag and now you all know. It's only going to get worse. But if he beats Wilder, all is forgotten. That's how boxing works. Lol
