    Ten years later,
Taylor is in the looney bin and Pavlik acts like a looney tune.

Just joking, this was a damn good fight. Glad Pavlik knew when to hang em up, wish Taylor would have done the same

Pavlik is a heavyweight now. I think he can take Wilder, give him 4 weeks he can take Ortiz's spot:D

Great comeback from Pavlik after the KD. It's a pity his time at the top was short. I think that Pavlik could have given GGG all he could handle and possibly beat him.

****ing amazing match, that alongside his war with Miranda were absolute masterpieces of brutality.

Crazy to think GGG and Pavlik are the same age. Goes to show what a difference a disciplined lifestyle makes.

This fight was awesome for multiple reasons but also bittersweet.

Matchup between two primed out undefeated quality middleweights for the undisputed lineal middleweight title. Then... the fight living up to its expectations and then some. A devastating, conclusive, controversy free outcome. Beautiful.

However, the only bitter part to me was that it really showed me how indifferent the sports world was to boxing. This should have been a big fight... should have made waves (including the rematch) yet it was just another routine fight. Was kinda dissapointing as a boxing fan.

    Anyways... was an awesome fight.

Thanks for bringing it back Kirk.
I think the GGG in canelo fight would have a very tough time with that pavlik.

I'll mention him for you. Pavlik wanted the dangerous fights and aimed for them. He even attempted to move up in weight to force other big fights when he didn't have to. He could have simply stayed in his division and impressed idiots by devouring hopeless bums like Golovkin did. But no, he decided to take risks and get no credit for it.

His idiotic fans would seriously bring up Rubio and Ouma like they're ATG wins.
