    I said when Bivol fought Valera that the later was a good fighter (pretty sure CST and a few others did too) and that was it a very good win for Bivol given it was just his 7th pro outing. I also expressed concern that Bivol's handlers put him in with a very tricky and dangerous customer like Valera that early in his career. Bivol proved a lot to me in that fight he showed maturity beyond his years (and pro experience) and completely dominated him.

    Valera should've thrown more right hands tonight there were long spells when he was solely throwing the left hand (jab, check hook). He had more success when he threw the right as well.

    Good feature about Kovalev and JDJ's training relationship, with some video perspective we hadn't seen before. You can see JDJ was cranky and annoyed being with him in just those seconds in past training. Still think Kovalev's big-headed, there's two sides to the story and the telling of it was biased, and would've been nice to hear more from JDJ. I have a bad feeling Kovalev won't be sharp tonight and JDJ was better for him in at least at first than he's willing to acknowledge.

    They're talking about Shabby's bodyshots migh be a problem for Kova.
