    It's not, I've heard the TV stations don't put up any money or it's very hard to get them to do so. I think we have Mr. Ryabinsky to thank for all these great cards, apparently, or so I've heard, he dips into his own pocket to finance them. I might be remembering some of that wrong but I don't think I am.
