I think it's safe to assume that Wilder/ Joshua won't happen next, so with that said, who should Wilder face next? (other than Joshua) ?

Joseph Parker is the next best fight. Then Joshua-Wilder would be for all the belts.

Tony Bellew would be great. Imagine a HW champion fighting a guy with just one HW fight under him . :applaudit:

I'd like a Bellew fight come to think of it. It makes sense and would be exciting.

Hang on Americans. Why is their pressure on AJ to fight Parker/Wilder but Deontay can get away with facing the likes of Bellew.Stinks of Bitterness and Bias.

Sasha has been cleared by the WBC. If Wilder really believes he's the best in the world he should take care of his unfinished business and notch a win that actually consolidates his claim to the throne.

Fight against Dillian Whyte makes most sense in my opinion. Gaining a lot of money, more recognition in UK for the fight with AJ and finally a top HW opponent.

I'm not American. There's a ton of pressure on Wilder to fight AJ - but maybe you need to re-read the OP. AJ is the one making 8 figures fighting guys like Takam so dont act like the brits are putting pressure on him lol.

Let's face it. It will be someone like Samuel Peter or James Toney. Maybe another rematch nobody wants.

I would like him to get in with Povetkin or Ortiz just so we can see if he is the real deal or not..

    Povetkin would be my preference..

Another all American face off will just make him look like a protected species..

It’s amazing to think Wilder has had 39 fights and gotten this far without really being tested.

You’d probably say that the version of Stiverne he fought the first time was his best win with Szpilka, Washington and Duhaupas being semi decent, domestic level guys.
