I spruced up your thread title a little.

And that fight was a deplorable mugging that all Fury fans should be ****ing ashamed of, the performances against Wlad, Hammer, Chisora II, far more commendable.

He has the single best win of any other heavyweight, that combined with his dominating win over a then still prime Chisora then you can see why that Fury was regarded as the best in the current division. If anything he was under rated during his career before the Wlad fight and I was one of those that under rated him.

Now he might be over rated simply because we may never see that Fury that beat Wlad again. He's been inactive, had mental health and weight issues. He benefited from 2 back to back training camps to get in the best shape of his life for Wlad, we had never seen a Fury that good before and we probably won't see a Fury that good again. So yeah he might be over rated, we'll just have to wait and see how well he does when or if he returns.

Joshua should have finished Wlad in the 5th. They both made mistakes trying to finish the other. That's irrelevant.

I wasn't debating which win was better. Simply the fact people are slating Joshua for being dropped by Wlad (a huge puncher) but are praising Fury for getting up to win against Cunningham (a CW).

Fury's win over Wlad was a borefest and unless he follows it up with something meaningful in the future it will mean very little.

It was a terrible boxing display from fury, but A brutal show of how to maul the smaller man, the KO was nasty, he did twist Cunningham's neck right around, the body shot before the KO was brutal.

Anthony Joshua got put down with a heavy right hand by a guy that hits a lot harder than Steve Cunningham, and he came back to win and stop him... oh but wait, that guy was 41 werent he i forgot, so lets not give him any credit

He also got put down by feather-fisted Neven Pajkic. Maybe that means Fury has a dodgy jaw as well.

Cunningham knocking Fury down in the first place is what's underrated.

an active in shape tyson fury to me has the best potential. but hes wasting so much time and his prime. that i dont think he will be as good as he once was his body wont let him. i dont think his body will react like it once did but however he may be alot smarter in there. if he puts its all together i think hes the best. but thats gonna be some time to regain top form. but imo he didnt look all that great vs uss.. tyson dwarfs the guy uss shouldnt of had any success.

Same overhand right that Cunningham dropped Fury with. Cunningham did his homework. Cunningham tried the overhand right several times before the KD. I'm surprised that Fury didn't realize that he might be susceptible to that punch.

I mentioned Fury being a sucker for that punch before. It happened in more fights as just the Pajkic and USS ones, only Fury didn't go down in them.
So I clearly favored Haye over Fury when that fight was supposed to happen, with that being Haye's money punch and the speed with of delivery. And I expected Wlad's straight right to be able to have the same impact, only for some reason Wlad didn't think punching was necessary in that "fight".

After Fury beat Cunningham he's turned his whole style around, from a 6'9 260lb of inside brawling nonsense to a 6'9 260lb of boxer and mover with great skills. He made a mockery of chisora, wlad and hammer, hardly got hit in all 3 fights.

You think hate would engage? Since fury turned boxer he's hardly been hit, David hate would have been punching from his ass and missing wildly. He's just not that good.

Haye is a scaredypants fighting against guys 6' 5" and above, and he would probably be on the backfoot potshotting for most of the bout.
But, he does engage from time to time and that's where I expected him to be able to connect.
I would have rooted for Fury in a fight like that though.
