http://www.telegraph.co.uk/boxing/2017/10/19/floyd-mayweather-training-bout-no-51/ who will Floyd take on in fight 51 ?
The Brasilian Capoeira champion maybe? Under strict boxing rules of course. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually fought Jeff Horn in Vegas... can sell it with that Horn "beat" Pac, and would be a relatively easy fight for him. Did anyone ever think about the technicality that IF Floyd returns, he then instantly loses his precious record, up until he retires again?! It's a retirement record with stipulations, and the record for someone not retired is set at 87-0. Another 37 fights!!!
Nay, he's the Vice King™. And I agree with him. Floyd should resist Poe's 'Imp of Perversion' if he truly wants to remain undefeated. If there's some subconscious need within him to take an L, to prove he can suffer it like a man, then that secret wish will surely be granted if he keeps returning. He's been perceptibly declining since Chino II, IMO.
Glaukos was an ancient olympic boxing champion who was trained late in life and wasn't very polished. The story goes, more or less, young Glaukos was asked to fix a ploughshare to a plough but lacked a hammer. Rather than retrieving one he pounded the spike into the lumber with his fists. When he fought for the championship he was losing badly when his father shouted " Use the plough punch son" and bingo jingo and bap bang boom, Glaukos wins by knockout. plenty of various versions of the story, especially the quote from his pops, but that's basically it.
it's just a matter of time before Floyd rants about Wanheng by (A) getting his name wrong accidently on purpose (B) asking 'who has Wanheng ever fought'? (C) claiming he would beat Wanheng easy as he is a one dimensional fighter
But there is no one where money is huge and he’s a sure winner unless it’s connor again witch I don’t think people will buy into again well as much anyway.
