For me one of the attributes a great fighter has to have is to be battle tested and be involved in a fight where it wouldn't be shamefull for the fighter to wet himself in the ring

Floyd was never in that type of fight because he didn't fight the best fighters at their best......

Floyd himself said if he got swelling and could not see he would quit because his health is more important and he wants to see his children he already showed us what he had deep inside.

The closest to a little tiny adversity was when he had blood trickling down in his eye and did you see how much of a big deal he made that out to be?

The Mosley fight tested his mettle to a degree, but that was only a few rounds of that kind of thing.

true sad we even call that a test because most fighters go through that
it was so shocking to even see blood on Floyd against maidana first time he had to face a little adversity and even then that was nothing

Floyd is the quitter type its just he wasn't ever in that situation lucky for him

If anything, Floyd's mental toughness is underrated. He can adapt to his opponents. He's never cracked under pressure.

Maidana, Mosley, hernandez, cotto... What are you smoking bm. lOL

He broke his damn hand in the Hernandez fight. Maidana almost broke Broner in half with his swarming style offense.

Playing devils advocate could the reason he was never in those situations after 49 fights (I’m not counting that last exhibition) be a testimant to just how good he was.

still that's nothing in comparison to Pac vs morales for example after Pac eye got ****ed up and blood blinded him he fought on and dug deep

many other examples sure Floyd has been in some challenging fights but was never taken to the gates of hell then escaped if Floyd was put in that situation he would quit he nearly quit against maidana when he saw a little blood

You say Floyd wasn't mentally tough, but you're a fanboy of Tyson Fury, who is mentally weak.

I think it's comparable. That had become a gruelling fight by the 11th. It took definite resolve and toughness to stop moving and sit in Castillo's wheelhouse to stand and deliver. Pac didn't exactly weather the cut that well, his performance level dipped for quite a while and he seemed agitated by the injury. Mayweather wasn't a cutter, and that's not his fault.

Are you serious watch the fight again it was a horrible cut that blinded his eye and he had a game morales hitting him many fighters would of quit Floyd himself nearly quit with a little blood against maidana

He was agitated with the injury because it was blinding him and the blood was getting into his eye Floyd was agitated with a slight cut imagine if he got the same one pac got?
