Yep, got my Dance Dance Revolution on. Got hit so smooth I had no idea I was hurt. The trainer stepped in when he seen my lil boogie and we had the headgear on.
(* Headgear is support for when you fall so you don't crack your head)

See the way Khan fell on his head, nobody wants that.

I understand the illusion that Mayweather put on by making the 0 the cornerstone of his salesmanship, but if he had of loss he would have still boxed because it's all he knows. Ali loss to Joe Frazier the first time they fought, then Ali went on to beat Foreman who was undefeated and KO'd Joe, and then beat Frazier 2x after.
Someone has to change the culture in boxing that was left behind by Mayweather. The "bum" fighting is getting less profitable than it was before and guys are not fighting at all if they can't fight total bums. (I'm looking at you PBC top guys)

I absolutely dislike Eric Morales but bless the guy.

    He outboxed Manny

Mayweather never took risky hard fights when it mattered the most

Just focus on what YOU can control. Sometimes winning, "taking a loss," and getting dropped/KO'd is out of your control. Nothing wrong with that as long as you get back up, own what happened, and still say "f@ck you" and know in your head you are always gonna be the champ. Good for you bro that you came on here and owned it, a lot of guys here wouldnt. Ive been dropped in sparring too.

Morales would have gotten stopped by Rahim if Rahim wasn't forced to wear the pillow like Winning Gloves, like all of Morales' opponent are made to wear.

Great respect for getting in a ring. Not everyone has the balls to do it so fair play. I’d love to try out boxing but only sparring as its something that interests me a lot.

I lost in the AMS. Also won. It's life. Going undefeated is only a true feat when you're going undefeated against monsters. I'd rather see and respect a fighter taking hard fights and losing than taking the easy route and remaining undefeated. I think everyone thinks that way tho, but many fighters with managers and promotors in their ear are still convincing themselves that cherry picking and holding onto their 0 is the route to riches and glory.

Brook lost to spence and GGG, but I've got far more respect for him taking those fights than some unnamed guys in the game who are still undefeated.

If you do or should I say when you do, make sure it's a full contact gym.
A lot of gyms teach this and that but if you don't apply it you won't know what really works for you in terms of just sport or real life self defense.
I don't mind getting hit that's the only way I know where I'm at as I get older. In my teens and 20s getting hit didn't bother me I was never fazed or KO'd.
Today I discovered that I'm on the road to being KTFO if I get hit right.
I'm now the shot version of Roy Jones Jr..

I remember being blasted around the ring so badly i was convinced the guy i was fighting had super speed powers. Why superpowers? Because i dont recall him throwing

What i didnt know was i was blacking out on my feet each time he hit me and thus STUNNING me. The guy hit me 8 times hard in a row. Bell went and i went to my corner and had NO recollection of being hit even once. To this day i have no memory of being beat up, thus in my mind im essentially undefeated.

Your vision and radar will improve with every spar. Every minute in the ring improves you. Everyday lay a brick you'll have a house in due time.
