    From the Scene:

According to Lemieux's manager, Camille Estephan of Eye of The Tiger Management, they have yet to hear any word from on whether or not Cotto is intending to go in their direction.

That matter is certainly being discussed, but it has not been finalized. At the same time, Lemieux is determined to fight before the end of the year and there are less than three months remaining in 2017.

Lemieux has seen action twice in 2017. He fought earlier in the year and scored a brutal one-punch knockout of Curtis Stevens. He made a very quick return, on the Canelo vs. Chavez Jr. undercard in May, and won a decision over Marcos Reyes.

"It's not finalized yet, there's a lot of discussion, but December is coming and we want David to fight before the end of the year," admitted Estephan to RDS.

"As for Cotto, he is the king of New York.... he is the one who will decide his opponent. If it's not going to be David, then we have other plans in the bank. "

Lemieux has been talking with Saunders since El Pollo and Oscar will not allow Golovkin to fight again until the rematch, as they want Golovkin to be inactive and get rusty.

I really don't know what to make out of this fight. I am picking Cotto. He is a better fighter and I figure he knows he cannot get into a brawl with Lem.. The way I have picked fights lately. that means Lem. will win by early knockout.

Sanchez needs to keep GGG busy. Golovkin came in a bit slack for his last camp and he can't afford it against a performer like Canelo. He's probably only got 2-3 years of top level career left, he needs to make the most of it.

Cotto definitely the better boxer but he's also old. He's really been throught the wars. Lemmy is fresh, young and not as bad a boxer as people say he is. I think this is a bridge too far for Cotto, unless he can pull some sort of catchweight gambit on Lemieux.

One of Lemieux's bombs would've sent Miguel's melon hurtling into space.

We all know Lemieux not that accurate with his old school swinging but Miguel's head is that big even those wild ass haymakers Lemieux is throwing would hit the target.

lol There's no way Lemieux isn't landing something huge on Miguel's melon given the size of it. That thing is the size of a small planet.

You could probably clothe half of Puerto Rico with his monthly eyebrow shearings.
