You're missing the point entirely. Yes rocnation is not obligated to support this guy financially or send some goodwill. We all know that my dude...

It's about the shocking callousness shown from Jay-Z and his Rocnation people.

Well given his situation that's not an unreasonable cost. Keeping people alive costs a **** ton of money. You can't just go into a coma and come out and expect it to be cheap. That doesn't really seem to make sense.

And all these old people who just refuse to die. They don't have jobs, they don't pay taxes. They don't do anything except collect money from social programs (so they can stay alive) which all has to come from somewhere. The money just doesn't appear out of thin air.

And this all adds up to over $20 trillion dollars in debt. And it's going to continue to rise like crazy because boomers are aging. Even in a recovering economy with more tax revenue to collect people are living longer. We're becoming an aging society. And even though I'm only 25 I can understand it because when I'm 79 and I need some ridiculously expensive surgery to stay alive I won't be able to afford that ****. So my choice is demand to my politicians to tax the ever living **** out of young people to fund my surgery or just die. So either I can die or plunge the nation into ridiculous amount of debt.

In the old days the old just went for a walk in the woods and didnt come back to free up the young from having to care for them.

The old people these days just dont have the same work ethics.

True, but nowadays with everything so globalized and easily accessed things are different. Along with better medical care. Does it annoy me now that old people are bankrupting the country viciously? Yea, but I'm young. When I get to be 80 and the choice is for me to either die or tax the **** out of the workforce to pay for my surgery. I'll probably choose tax the **** out of the workforce.

Unless laws are passed to make it legal to kill old broke people?

Only if they start complaining though.

No, you're the fool. You're taking this guys word for it. He's clearly trying to get attention, bad mouthing rocnation to get some. If he had a leg to stand on it would get legal. But here he's whining to anybody who would listen lol, such as fools like yourself.

And then you flip flop to this.

FYI, there won't be SS by the time the gen x'ers get to the point of dipping into retirement because it will have wrung the well dry by then so good luck trying to suck the well dry.

Since you're going to call me a fool then I'll call you ignorant and lacking reading comprehension. I acknowledged that Rocnation is not obligated to help the guy out. I said it was callous of them to not help him out. I'm under no illusion that Jay Z needs to give a **** about the health and well being of his fighters.

Secondly, SS is a mandatory spending program. Meaning by law they need to be funded. If the funds aren't there then the nation just take out loans and go into debt to continue handing out SS, Medicaid and Medicare. Run the well dry you say, well yes technically there isn't a surplus of money to use on SS. Yet by law you NEED to fund a mandatory program. That's why you call it mandatory spending.

In America the money used for old age pensions goes towards buying more guns.
