I hope the winner of Povetkin/Hammer does become the mandatory that's a much better fight than either Charr or Oquendo.
I thought Charr was crowned WBA reg champ after the Ust fight? The official WBA website still says vacant: http://www.wbaboxing.com/wba-champions I know Fres won the belt back in like 2014 but that was a couple champs back wasn't it?
