If Golivkin walked into Groves and took his power shots clean on the chin he'd be carried out the ring on a stretcher

Lets see in Grooves can put a dent into Eubanks beard..

    Eubank chin>>>

    Lemiuex?

Could Canelo take a hit from Lemiuex?

Lemule never hit GGG. . But he did unload power shot after power shot into the head of Reyes and he never went down once.

    Reyes chin>> GGGs chin. Fact.

Guys whose chins have been more tested against power punches -

    Danny Jacobs
    Canelo
    Shuan Porter
    Danny Garcia
    Chavez Jr
    Povetkin
    Santa Cruz

Just a few guys whose chins are more tried and tested than Glovkin's.

GGG was 35 years old and is a pressure fighter. The idea that he was even remotely in his prime is a joke. That said power does tend to stay with a fighter longer than other attributes. But since stamina is a pressure fighters trade and being 35 makes your stamina and workrate go to **** that matters. A 31 year old GGG pounds Canelo into the ringpost. I mean we already knew that though. GGG knew it, Oscar knew it, Canelo knew it, the fans knew it, the media knew it. It was a foregone conclusion that was gonna happen. Which is why the fight happened when GGG was 35.

In short, Canelo dies if GGG was prime.

GGG's chin is pure iron, anyone doubting it is just a hater.

Golovkin is probably the more obvious answer. Lemieux did land clean with hooks in that fight as did Jacobs; in terms of 1 shot power I would rate Lemieux above Golovkin. Canelo gets himself 100 percent into the conversation though, but he doesn't get his as cleanly as often as GGG so perhaps a little harder to tell. Danny G is a good call too, only time I really see him look a bit bothered was by Thurman. Porter also seems reasonably solid although Broner did floor him.

Always thought Lebedev was a pretty tough dude too

I reckon not even Froch would of been able to stay up from that clean flush right that Canelo gave GGG lol

Reyes took about 100 clean shots off Lemiux. Reyes ovbiously has a better chin than GGG.

I expect Saunders to take more then 2 or 3 big shots from Lemiuex.. Will he have the best chin in boxing if he does?? :confundio::facepalm:

Chavez Jr did and he took more of them than GGG.

Cotto was hurt more by Ali than he was by Canelo and Canelo unloaded his best uppercuts into Cotto

I agree Lep but the old Billy Joe was too slick to ever get caught with anything, let alone the new and vastly improved Billy Joe 2.0.
