If you readjust your thinking just a littl, we can All enjoy David Price!!!

Imagine he got a shot at Manuel Charr. He'd be a world champion haha.

It's a shame he never got a manufactured undeserved title shot in his prime against a weak champ like Khan did against Kotelnik, Unfortunately Klitschko was dominating his division and was the most strongest dominant champ in the sport.

 

Got to admit I enjoy watching Price, win or lose. And luckily at heavyweight you can make good money even at British level.

Maybe Dave Allen would be a good opponent? He's pretty durable so should give Price some much-needed rounds, and you can't rule either guy out.

 

That's the one. Get Price in with other domestic level fighters, it wouldn't be as bad then !

 

Dunno why anyone thinks Charr would defo lose to Price. Ustinov is a similarly big horrible hw to Price and got dropped on his ass.

 

I dont mind watching David Price, I have also wanted him to win in every fight I have watched (even if I did bet on Teper to win by KO). His fights are exciting in a different way from most fights. You know that a KO is due at any minute and you cannot call who it is gonna be ! We all moan about wanting 50/50 fights, well Price is in 50/50 fights almost every time !!

 

If you're a fan, you're shaking like a shitting dog every second of every round with him because you know the vulnerabilities are there. It's hard work but it's very exciting.

 

C'mon Pricey, make it happen!

 

I do like Price.Seems like a nice bloke.I enjoy watching his fights because you never know what will happen.If he want's to go for the British title,then good luck to the bloke.
I agree he might be able to beat the above,if he wasn't gun shy and would unload more.....But they could all beat him at this stage,and I think that most would..The blueprint is well and truly out there now.

 

Put him in with Dubois .....a kid with 5 fights

 

Hughie Fury would annihilate Price. All he'd have to do is move for six rounds, then push Pricey over. I like Price, would love to see him do well, but anyone who can survive the first six rounds will beat him. That's major flaw, no matter what level he boxes at.

 

I wouldn't let Price go near him at this stage.

 

That's been price,s problem...for two long hes fought road sweepers to get to a half decent fight. Didn't,t want to take the risk against a mid level guy. Pretty much tells you what you need to know.

Hope it happens tho...he,s pretty much no more life's left at this point. Would like to see him leave the game on the up. Good guy price.

 

I don't want Price to fight again because I care about his health. He has suffered a few knockout blows, I fear he will end up punch drunk if he carried on. His confidence is gone as a result of his rematch with Tony Thompson a few years back, which was undoubtedly up there with some of the worst matchmaking ever.

Always comes across as a right gentleman as well and had arguably as good a right cross as any in the business.
