Not all around skill...skill is subjective but one who can be in range and get hit less while hitting is more skilled.....re read my post . May weather knew how to avoid getting hit but Holyfield by far better counter puncher while rolling with shots.

Yea, but did Mayweather ever fight a prime Roberto Duran? That man will tend to expose your weaknesses and even turn a strength into a weakness. You fight guys as good as Hearns and Duran you're dealing with guys who are almost impossibly good at boxing.

Mayweather said the two fighters in history that would have given him the most trouble was Duran and Whitaker.

But that`s Floyd`s trade make moving from a punch in a philly shell then instantly coming back with the right, that`s one of the great things about the philly shell, also the pull counter where Floyd would stand in front of his opponent with his hands up leaving a little space in between his gloves inviting a shot and when it comes he slipped the shot (like Ali did also) and counter with the right.

Oh Floyd Mayweather hands ****in' down; the most prepared boxer of all time.

Daniel Mendoza probably had the biggest edge over his competition.

I think people forgive muses too easily and disconnect their effect on talent too quickly. That said those bold leaps of faith are not required in Mayweather's case.

Well Hearns finishes him in round 1 so I disagree with that, but I believe Duran and Whitaker beat him rather easily too.

Mayweather has a great chin and and better defense than Hearns, I feel Tommy would find him as hard to catch as Benitez.

Mayweather was almost out on his feet from 1 shot from Mosley. His chin can be cracked by Hearns. Tommy is Mayweather's worst stylistic matchup in history. There is no defense from Mayweather against a 6'1" guy like Tommy. Hearns is faster, much stronger and more aggressive than Mayweather. It's actually quite easy work for Tommy.
