Doesn't matter whether this fight happens or not. Ortiz is nothing special at this point. He may have been a tough fight for Wilder 5 years ago but not now. Wilder needs to fight Wlad and if he gets by Wlad he needs to fight AJ. If he wants to go straight to AJ fine but one of these two should be his next fight. I am not a Wilder fan but I think he is better than some are saying.

Didn't know Wlad officially retired. But they usually come back if the price is right, although Wlad is getting up there, and he has to be financially set.

My God that was cringe worthy I couldn't watch it all the way through. We can forget Wilder having an acting career after boxing he couldn't hold a straight face.

Let's just hope this fight happens.

Forbes has him down at 21 million. I would say that's way off. Hes a businessman with dough coming in from every angle maximising his earning potential.

Wilder is making a big mistake fighting Ortiz. There is a reason Joshua ducked him. Ortiz has the chin to handle Wilders early power but Wilder does not have the chin to handle Ortiz's power. Also Ortiz has one hell of a body attack. I really think Ortiz has the most punching power at heavyweight. Ortiz will stop Wilder and Joshua if given a chance. I still do not think Wilder will fight Ortiz. Wilder will find a way out of this risky fight like he always does.

Say what you want about Ortiz his body attack and punching power has not slipped. Ortiz may be the hardest puncher in boxing. Plus he iscleft handed. Wilder will get ktfo if he fights Ortiz.

Stiverne? Are you nuts? You know the saying "third time lucky"? It's Stiverne's turn to get lucky by the law of sayings, and Wilder ain't taking on that kind of risk!

Ortiz is not afraid of Wilder at all, he is very confident and has better amateur experience..................Ortiz is a threat to Wilder, will probably get framed again. Ortiz did look in better shape, looks as if he lost some weight, he can knock Wilder out..................he has the power and the chin..................
