Rigo is fighting some Russian dude as well? Really a warrior type, fighting 2 guys in one night.
You can clearly see Rigo's Mexican heritage come out here.

I unintentionally evaporated all the mild enthusiasm I'd mustered for the fight by making the mistake of pulling Norris-Curry off the external hard drive for a revisit early this morning. Way more skill and genuine competitive drive between those two guys than you'll see between these two aggrandized show ponies tonight, and Norris-Curry was just a competitive TV matchup with none of the 'best fight that boxing has to offer', 'two-time Olympic medallists yadda yadda yadda', 'Matrix boxing vs. Cuban boxing school' hoopla and nonsense. When you're told that this matchup and these fighters represent the best that boxing has to offer in 2017, after casting one's mind back to bouts like Norris-Curry and Toney-Nunn, you tend to think that boxing should just pack up and go home already. But I'll watch, because I'm a junkie.

Watched Toney v nunn the other day as it happens.
Your way off! Rigo and Loma are a level above these guys.
It's mainly the footwork that's the standout difference in ability.
Think you're getting a little misty eyed and nostalgic.

The early 90's isn't even my era, but I just dropped a tear of laughter at the fanciful notion of Vasyl Lomachenko being "a level above" James Toney.

Good grief. Each to their own.

I'm not gonna bother discussing boxing with someone that thinks Loma is 'a couple of levels' above James Toney, because it's clear you don't know **** about it.
