Punching power is overrated in boxing. He can always become a Calzaghe style knockout artist.

He's been training with Loma, but that stoppage was Calzaghe-esque

True but didn’t look in trouble even in the slightest.

Thinking about it more, good stoppage for health reasons. Mendoza was outclassed, and had no chance. Shakur isn't a puncher at all.. but he hits hard enough to do some damage. It's the exact kind of fight that can lead to serious brain injuries... a sustained beating by a guy who doesn't punch hard enough to KO someone, but hard enough to rattle the brain repeatedly.

Mendoza never being wobbled yet says it could have continued for all 6 rounds with him just getting injured badly.

If it was a real fight, I'd be upset.. but that wasn't a real fight.

No, punching power is one of the most important aspects a fighter can have. Because as you move up you need to have enough power to keep other fighters honest. I don't know if Stevenson has even "keep 'em honest" power.

Joe at least had keep a guy honest power.

I'm eating a platter of onion rings, tater tots and Checkers fries, all fried up together with olive oil, I only had a few left of each, so I improvised.
