Let's do push ups / press ups like Loma. Just do a handstand on your knuckles. Then push your entire body off the ground, land on your knuckles and repeat going forward. Sounds pretty easy for keyboard warriors.
After reading this post I thought that I'd go and give it a go...so I went down to the kitchen and started to get into position but my dear old mum walked in which startled me...I lost my balance and lunged forward whilst sprawling my legs and accidentally kicked her in the head and knocked her out...not only that but I fell on top of her and my dad came in to see what all the noise was about and caught me sprawled on top of my unconscious mom on the kitchen floor. Now I'm sat outside the house, my parents are in the front room crying and it's just started to snow. I have never felt a big admiration for Lomachenko than I do at this moment right here.
